ABOUT FRANK WHITE III

Frank White III is the Founder and Managing Partner of Praxis Advisors Group. A former President & CEO of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority, he has led regional transit operations, strategic planning, public investment, institutional transformation, and development strategy at the intersection of transportation, land use, and economic growth. As co-creator of RideKC Development Corporation, he helped advance approximately $500 million in transit-oriented development.
Today, Frank and Praxis advise transit leaders and institutions through two disciplines: Executive Intelligence and TOD + Development Strategy. Praxis translates operating experience into structured methods that strengthen executive judgment, institutional readiness, and the ability to turn transportation assets into long-term economic value.
